For business
We sell the referee's whistle, never the players.
Scopewise makes money on the supply side in exactly one way: by publishing a standard and measuring documents against it. Not by selling leads, not by taking commissions, not by ranking anyone.
The positioning test
One thing destroys an independent rating body: being paid for the outcome of a specific recommendation.
Scopewise is never paid for the outcome of any recommendation. No commissions, no referral fees, no lead sales, no sponsored placements, no paid rankings. Homeowners are our only reporting customers. Where interior firms pay us, it is only to have their quotation template audited against the published standard, which has no bearing on any individual verdict.
Three lines
Standards and data. Never leads.
Scopewise Verified
Interior firms and design studios
An annual audit of your quotation template against the published standard. You get the findings, a remediation list and, once the template passes, the right to display the Verified mark on quotations issued from it.
₹25,000 to ₹75,000 a year, by firm size
Builder handover channel
Developers and project handover teams
A free Scopewise Score for every buyer in the handover kit, plus a clubhouse session on what to check before signing an interior contract. The builder is not the interior vendor, so there is no conflict to manage.
₹400 to ₹600 per unit, or run at no cost as a resident benefit
Scopewise Rate Index
Interior chains, builders, material brands and press
Anonymised, aggregated per square foot benchmarks by city, category and material grade, published quarterly. A free summary is public. The full dataset is licensed.
Summary free. Dataset licensed on request
How Verified stays clean
It is a marking on paperwork, and the incentive it creates is to write better quotes.
01
We certify the template, not the firm
The audit is of the quotation document: whether scope is complete, whether materials carry named grades, whether the pricing basis is stated, whether GST and payment milestones are unambiguous.
02
We never certify a price
No rate is endorsed, no firm is ranked, no project is blessed. A certified template says the paperwork is legible, nothing more.
03
Certification has no bearing on any verdict
A homeowner report scores the document in front of it. Certification status is not an input to the score and never will be.
04
The standard is public
The rubric a template is measured against is the same rubric published on the methodology page. Anyone can read it and self assess before applying.
